An interesting book full of reminiscences, biased or otherwise, but very revealing of many old west characters we may have thought differently of. Obviously, the author had many friends as evidenced by the book's illustrator being Charley Russell, the introduction by Ramon Adams, and it being dedicated to the author's friend Jeff D. Milton. This copy comes from the research library of esteemed historian and author Robert K. De Arment and has his embossed stamp and ownership signature on the ffep. An excellent association copy!
