Used – Good – hardcover – 1938 Edition – Publisher: The Household Magazine, Topeka, Kansas. Dark chocolate brown impressed, decorative boards with palladium window-like arch highlighting the title with a charming picture of a cottage are in good condition with expected wear at the head/foot of spine, corners are slightly curled; spine and binding are tight. Interior pages are age toned, contents tabs are soiled from use. There is a gift inscription on the front paste-down, neatly written. There is a notation on the title page in ink; remainder of the book is clean, considering it’s function as a cookbook. There had been numerous recipe clippings which stained some of the pages.
