Placitas Garden Club cook book–created for the benefit of the Placitas Fire Department. The garden club was established in 1965 and while gardening was its central interest, the club has a keen interest in the community and has supported many local organizations. The Volunteer Fire Department has been a long-time beneficiary of this interest. This book is full of old-time, new, family favorite and pot-luck recipes.
